As with all professional Real Estate Photography services, I provide a range of solutions. I can tailor a service to suit you so you only pay for what you need.
The type of service you require and the size of the property will affect what you want. This may depend on whether the property is for short, medium, long term Rental, or Sale.
The cost of these services is primarily based on the time it will take to produce the product that you choose. This includes the time it will take at the location and any post-processing required on the images.
Floorplans
Most Real Estate Companies need high-quality photographs to help bring clients to your door. But these days they require more ways of showing the best parts of a house. The basic level of extras beyond photographs include floor plans, however, floor plans can be as simple or as intricate as you need.
I am able to prepare plans that include:

All of my photographs are colour graded and white-balanced to provide consistent lighting throughout the images. Verticals and horizontals are levelled and provide a realistic view of the property. Only professional equipment is used to ensure reliability and quality.
